Since 1993 the Bassett team have been redeveloping vacant and neglected sites into new places where people want to live and work.
We select underused sites where redevelopment can create real enhancements to an area.
The team’s experience is complimented through its selection of architects and other professional team members.
This ensures that all projects are designed and constructed to the highest possible standard and make a positive contribution to the built environment. From the outset we engage with the local council, community and various local groups to deliver a scheme that works.
