The vacant warehouse had fallen into a state of disrepair and required significant works to bring the building back into active use. Planning consent was achieved for the conversion of the existing building into ‘Grade A’ office space involving full re-instatement and refurbishment works.
The building is now occupied by an Architects practice & Creative Design Agency.
