A detailed planning application was approved in January 2016 to convert and extend the building into a scheme of apartments on first and second floors and as commercial space within the ground floor and basement.
The construction process continued throughout 2017 which required the sensitive conversion and infilling of the grade II listed building.
The flats have been let on long leases and a high street bank occupies the commercial space.
