The vacant building had fallen into disrepair and required significant internal repairs and structural works before the building could be returned back into use. An application to carry out these works and convert the grade II* listed building into a restaurant was approved. Many of the building’s former features were retained throughout the sensitive conversion which can be viewed by visiting the building which is occupied by Jamie’s Italian.
